   Tell us a little about yourself and walk through a short readiness conversation. You don't need a title or a platform. You need a willing heart.

   Identify who God has already put in your life

   Coworkers, neighbors, friends, family. You already have relational access no program can manufacture.

   Invite a few to a meal

   A few of us are grabbing breakfast Friday. I'm buying. We're reading John 1 and talking it through. Want to come?

   Share the meal and open Scripture

   Breakfast, coffee, or lunch makes the first yes easier. Tag the Bible passage ahead of time so everyone comes ready, then read together, talk honestly, and pray.

   Submit the itemized receipt

   Upload the receipt after the study. Guests confirm they were there, your Approver reviews it, and eligible meals are reimbursed up to $15 per person. You never hold, move, or handle anyone's gift — you just submit the receipt. Once approved, Hosts can withdraw the reimbursement or donate it back to help fund another study.

   Keep showing up and equip the next host

   Consistency is where discipleship grows. HNGRY approves up to 52 shared meals per host-and-attendee pairing — not a limit on love, but a nudge for the relationship to grow into new hosts leading new folks.

Before anyone is approved as a Host, they personally affirm each of these. Doubts and questions are welcome in the journey, but Hosts are people who have already committed to these truths.

• There is one God: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
• Through Adam's sin, all people inherit a sinful nature, are separated from God, and are in need of a Savior.
• Jesus is the Son of God who is fully God and fully man.
• Jesus died on the cross for our sins, rose again from the dead, and defeated sin and death forever.
• Salvation is by God's grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone. If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.
• The Bible is God's inspired Word and guide for faith and life.
• Water baptism is a public declaration of faith in Christ.
• Christians should increasingly display the Fruit of the Spirit: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.
• Jesus commands His followers to make disciples of all nations, and He promises to be with us always as we carry out His mission.
• Jesus will return for His bride, the Church—the body of believers—and will reign forever.

Each commitment is read and agreed to individually, then signed. Not a policy handbook. A standard of character.

Any curriculum built on the Word of God is fair game, as long as it uses real Bible verses people can read, study, and reflect on, and it aligns with the beliefs and behaviors above.

Studies such as CAVETIME, The Journey, Wild at Heart, Every Man's Battle, Every Woman's Battle, and other Christ-centered resources are all welcome. Scripture, not the book, remains the anchor of every gathering.

That is why every HNGRY study requires the Host to tag a Bible verse or chapter as the key point of study. If the group is reading a topical book, the Host pulls out a passage that the book references or that aligns with the theme, and the group studies that passage together.

Approvers are Hosts themselves. They led studies, saw the people at their table start hosting studies of their own, and earned approval capability over time. Many still host those same guys or girls while those folks are hosting others. Their job is to confirm that a real, in-person Bible study happened with real people and that Scripture was at the center.

Approvers review every reimbursement request, and attendees confirm they were actually there. It stays a relationship between Hosts first and a financial control second.
