But how do you move a relationship toward Jesus?
Inviting someone to church can feel like a big jump and be a little awkward in the middle of everyday life. And for the person you ask, saying yes can be even harder. They will be walking into a building full of people they do not know, in an environment that is totally unfamiliar to them.
That is a pretty high bar for a first yes.
There's a better way to begin, to make the first step smaller.
“A few of us are grabbing breakfast Friday — I'm buying. We're reading John 1 and talking it through. Want to come?”
And HNGRY, funded by faithful Kingdom-minded supporters, helps Hosts keep saying, “I’m buying.”
That's a much easier yes than an invitation to church. Breakfast is free, the purpose is honest, and it's coming from someone who already has their trust.
